Assistant CNO – Behavioral Health
Full-Time – Days – No Weekends
Hospital Setting
Location: Ladson SC
Salary
*Salary Estimate: $109,449 - $142,292
(may go up to $150K depending on YOE)
15%-22.5% Bonus Potential
*Sign-On Bonus: Case By Case
Relocation: Case By Case
What qualifications you will need:
· Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
· Master's degree in nursing or another appropriate postgraduate health science degree is required or proof of enrollment with a written plan to advanced degree completion is required
· 5+ years of experience in management and supervisory nursing role; most recent 3 of the last 5 years of leadership must have been in a direct leadership role in a hospital setting or direct patient care environment required or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
· Current Registered Nurse license without restrictions required
60 Bed Behavioral Health Hospital
(2) 24 Bed Adult Units & (1) 12 Bed Adolescent Unit
Reports to COO > dotted lines to DCNE, CNO
The ACNO is apart of a 3 person exec team which includes (COO, ACNO, AVP Nursing Ops)
Highly collaboration environment; overall strategy is given and will need to implement
Candidate must be willing to be educated
FTEs: 75 (total close to 100)
2 Managers, a number of house supervisors and CNCs, floor staff as well as Mental Health Techs
Experience Must Haves:
Candidate must have inpatient BH hospital experience or BH Unit within an acute care hospital, or a BH Stand Alone Hospital (THIS IS REQUIRED)
Will not consider candidates who have experience working in a residential/addiction center
Titles to look for when sourcing: Director of Nursing, ACNO, CNO
Must know rules and regulations on ho to treat BH patients
Must know how to transfer patients from the ER to BH - ER throughput with BH
