Job Summary and Qualifications

The Administrative Director ensures high-quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the performance and results of multiple sites and/or multiple functional areas. The Administrative Director fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and directs the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility and/or market objectives.
  • You will cultivate a superior clinical identity by identifying and implementing evidence-based practices to advance patient safety and quality outcomes. Ensure adherence to standards of care.
  • You will manage variation in clinical practice to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and cost. Ensure a culture of accountability and transparency in the provision of care.
  • You will stay abreast of internal/external benchmarks, accreditations, and designations and actively pursue efforts to achieve.
  • You will stay abreast of legal and regulatory standards and ensures compliance. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and practices in compliance with all legal/regulatory standards.
  • You will lead the development and implementation of patient throughput strategies, including capacity planning, volume forecasting, patient flow coordination, and admission/discharge planning.
  • You will direct nursing practice and unit operations. Develop policies, procedures, and nursing standards to ensure patient and family needs are assessed, met, and evaluated.
  • You will provide leadership in attaining and sustaining an unparalleled patient experience. Instill accountability for providing consistent, positive patient interactions that differentiate the organization as a healthcare leader.
  • You will leverage various feedback mechanisms to benchmark performance and identify opportunities to improve customer/patient satisfaction. Develops and implements strategies to elevate the patient experience.
  • You will collaborate with the administrative team and physicians to enhance existing services or develop new service offerings.

Qualifications
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support
  • Bachelor's Degree, or Masters's Degree
  • 2+ years in a nursing leadership role

  • Open due to growth- reorganized dept to include peripheral & wound care in a mix
  • FTE- TBD
  • Have done more open hearts already than in 2020/2019
  • More “stint” work
  • Building a cardiology committee with sub-committees for heart
  • 3 cath lab rooms
  • Will run cath lab- cath & ep (big diff- having both)
  • Bachelor's degree minimum & must-have cath lab experience in an acute care setting
  • Shift: Full-time/Days < 7 Hrs/Weekdays Only
