Job Description

Administrative Director of Nursing Surgical Services

Manages the designated service line and staff for a facility; ensures quality and full compliance with relevant policies and standards.

Education

Master's Prepared, Bachelor's or Master's must be in Nursing - REQUIRED

MUST BE A RN

Experience

Minimum of 3-5 years' of clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting

Minimum of 5-10 years of healthcare management experience WITH LARGE SCOPE

MUST have Leadership/ Management with direct reports

MUST have current acute care experience

MUST BE RN

Excellent customer service, negotiation and communication skills

Licenses/Certifications

Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state TX or a Multistate License

BLS upon hire
