Job Description
A hospital in Hot Springs, AR is seeking a mid-level Acute Echocardiology Technician to join its clinical imaging staff. This is an on-site position requiring in-person reporting to a specific facility location. Visa sponsorship is not available, and relocation assistance is not offered.
The role. The Acute Echocardiology Technician performs echocardiographic studies in a fast-paced, acute clinical setting. Responsibilities center on cardiac sonography procedures, with carotid imaging as a complementary skill set. The position requires the ability to work independently while applying sound clinical judgment across a range of patient cases.
What we're looking for.
- Cardiac Sonography training required; carotid training and an Associate's Degree preferred
- Strong critical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently
- Comfort working in fast-paced, high-stress clinical environments
- BLS certification required
- Echo Registry certification preferred; registry-eligible candidates considered (must obtain within one year)
- Preferred: Echo Registry certification; registry-eligible candidates will be considered provided certification is obtained within one year
Compensation. $59,259 - $89,107 per year
