We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Surgical Technologist to join our team. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a crucial role in assisting surgeons and other medical professionals during surgical procedures. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the successful outcome of surgeries and the overall well-being of patients.
Employment: Permenant/Direct Hire
Shift/Hours: Days or Evenings
(3 -12 hour Shifts OR 4 - 10 hour shifts)
Pay Range: $29 - $39
Bonus: Up to 10k (S.O.B.)
Relocation Assistance: Available
Responsibilities:
- Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are sterile and readily available.
- Assist surgeons and other medical professionals during surgeries by passing instruments, sponges, and sutures.
- Maintain aseptic techniques throughout surgical procedures to prevent infection.
- Monitor patients' vital signs during surgery and communicate any changes or concerns to the surgical team.
- Collect and analyze data related to surgical outcomes, infection rates, and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient workflow and patient safety.
- Provide post-operative care by dressing wounds, applying bandages, and assisting with patient transfer.
