            <description><![CDATA[<br>A 600+ bed acute care hospital in Plano, TX is seeking an Administrative Director of Women's and Children's Services. The hospital operates a Level 3 neonatal intensive care unit, a high-risk antepartum unit, and is a designated Level I Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center â offering a full continuum of women's and children's services within a large, complex acute care environment.<br> 

<br><strong>The role.</strong> Reporting through nursing leadership, this director oversees Labor and Delivery (21 beds), Postpartum/couplet care (34 beds), and the NICU (41 beds), along with Maternal Level 4 and NICU Level 4 designation teams â leading a total of approximately 175 FTEs across three departments, each supported by a dedicated manager. The hospital performs approximately 2,800 deliveries annually. This leader is accountable for the full operational, financial, and quality performance of these departments, translating service line strategy into programmatic initiatives that drive growth and sustain designation standards. A central focus of the role is developing the three direct-report managers, cultivating strong physician relationships, and providing oversight of designation teams to ensure ongoing adherence to all applicable standards. The director also integrates department services into the organization's broader care delivery plan, leads performance improvement activities, and participates in business development and community outreach.<br> 

<br><strong>What we're looking for.</strong><br> 
<ul>
<li>BSN required</li>
<li>Master's degree in nursing or related field or other appropriate post-graduate degree required</li>
<li>Texas State RN License or compact license is accepted</li>
<li>National Specialty Certification required</li>
<li>AHA BLS required</li>
<li>10 years of recent nursing experience in Women's Services, Labor and Delivery, PICU, NICU, PEDS, etc. and 5 years of leadership experience</li>

            <description><![CDATA[<br>A Nurse Manager opportunity in the Emergency Department is available at an 895+ bed tertiary care center in Dallas, TX, offering both a full-service adult hospital and a dedicated pediatric hospital with separate adult and pediatric emergency rooms.<br> 

<br><strong>The role.</strong> Reporting through hospital leadership, the Nurse Manager â ED is accountable for the full scope of planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating services delivered within the Emergency Department. The manager establishes and sustains effective working relationships across patients, physicians, employees, volunteers, and vendors while collaborating with department management counterparts to ensure nursing care is delivered in conformance with recognized techniques, procedures, and administrative standards. A significant focus of this role is developing and recommending policies, procedures, and programs â in partnership with medical staff and other disciplines â to improve the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of patient care. The position also carries responsibility for budget preparation, physician relationship management, and the coordination of a multi-disciplinary team to resolve operational and patient care issues on an ongoing basis.<br> 

<br><strong>What we're looking for.</strong><br>

<li>Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Advanced degree preferred</li>
<li>Current RN License in the State of Texas or compact license</li>
<li>AHA or ARC BLS provider</li>
<li>AHA or ARC, ACLS, and PALS within 6 months</li>
<li>TNCC is required within 18 months</li>
<li>ENPC or CEN within 18 months</li>
<li>Five years of recent progressive management experience, including management of staff and supervisory positions, budget preparation, physician relationship management, resolution of operational and patient care issues, demonstrated knowledge of quality improvement, and coordination of a multi-disciplinary team</li>
<li>ED experience is required</li>
