Circulator RN – Operating Room
Location: Montrose, CO
Compensation: $35.12 – $56.19 per hour (Full-Time) - Depending on Experience

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Circulator RN to join our Surgical Services team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring safe and effective patient care before, during, and after surgery. As a circulating nurse, you will coordinate operating room activities, advocate for patients, and support the surgical team in delivering high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities

Coordinate operating room activities and assemble necessary equipment

Delegate tasks to team members and oversee workflow during procedures

Implement the nursing process and individualized care plans

Serve as the patient advocate throughout the surgical process

Ensure a safe environment and accurate documentation

Complete sponge, needle, and instrument counts correctly

Communicate special patient needs to the PACU team
Qualifications
-
Current Colorado RN license or compact state license (or ability to obtain)

Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or Diploma in Nursing)

At least 1 year of Operating Room RN experience preferred

BLS certification required upon hire
-
ACLS and PALS (or ENPC) required within 9 months of hire

CNOR certification strongly recommended
Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay range: $35.12 – $56.19

$15,000 sign-on bonus (with at least 1 year of circulator experience)

Additional $5.00 per hour available through Clinical Ladder program
