Job Description
Salary Range: $36.38 (1 year Experience) to $54.57 (20 years Experience)
Shift Differentials:
Weekend: $2
Holiday: $1
Responsibilities for this position include effective prioritization of tasks, especially in high-pressure situations, along with adept communication and customer service skills when interacting with diverse patients, physicians, and healthcare providers. Rapid and accurate clinical decision-making is essential, as well as proficiency in calculating medication dosages and comprehensive knowledge of pharmacologic agents' side effects and hazards. The role involves overseeing patient assessment and documenting their status throughout procedures.
Qualifications:
BSN from an accredited school
Current RN licensure in Texas
Minimum of one year of recent acute care Cath Lab experience and two years of critical care experience (preferably in ICU).
Bilingual communication skills are preferred
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS or BCLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS or ACLS) from either the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
